Graduated in Business Administration from the UNIVPM (Università Politecnica delle Marche) in Ancona, Italy, he currently serves as the CEO of Mazzaferro Lines, Fibers, Ropes & Nets. With a career spanning three decades within the family business (MZF4 Group), he holds extensive expertise in family & corporate governance, strategic planning, industrial plant management, multichannel sales structures, crisis management, and turnaround.

Wagner Castropil
Medical graduate from the University of São Paulo, Brazil with a residency in orthopedics and traumatology. Former olympic athlete, served as member of Brazilian Olympic Committee. Specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine, holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Medicine and an MBM in Business Management. Currently pursuing a doctorate at Business Bocconi University (Italy), he is the founder and board member of a specialized orthopedic and physiotherapy clinic in São Paulo.
